Using Sysvol scripts on multiple domain servers C:\Windows\SYSVOL\sysvol\columbiarea.local\scripts

I am set up to run a script in the SYSVOL foler every time someone logs on to the network.  C:\Windows\SYSVOL\sysvol\columbiarea.local\scripts

Since this folder is duplicated on all the domain controllers at all sites, I can't figure out how to run the same script on each local domain controller in this case wwsrv2-2010. \\wwsrv2-2010\sysvol\columbiarea.local\scripts\accountbook.vbs  The script will run fine on each domain controller when the specified server is up and working, (in this case WWSRV2-2010) but if connection is lost, the script no longer funcitons on the local domain controller, because it is pointed to a specific server to run.

I would like to change it to something generic such as %server% and replace (wwsrv2-2010) so the server would be whichever server is running the script.  I am sure I am making this much more difficult hen it needs to be but maybe someone has figured this out already and can give me some assistance.
