SQL server won't start. Error says database was originally formatted with sector size 4096 and is now on a volume with sector size 3072.

The SQL Server service won't start on my 2008 R2 system. Nothing has changed on the system, but this error is in the event log every time I try to start the service:

Cannot use file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.VIM_SQLEXP\MSSQL\DATA\mastlog.ldf' because it was originally formatted with sector size 4096 and is now on a volume with sector size 3072. Move the file to a volume with a sector size that is the same as or smaller than the original sector size.

It is running on a SuperMicro server and it has 2 1TB drives setup as a raid 1 using the built-in raid adapter. There is an additional error at the same time, but it is about "master.mdf" in the same location.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
