No access to the clients for the server drives by hiding the server drives

We have a windows server 2008 called CNSUMAN. This server has many applications which the clients access via GoGlobal or Citrix.

Now, whenever a client assess the application, there are few options in the application where you can write or read the files.

Now, its fine the client sees his/her drives in his network but is it possible to hide the drives of the server (i mean, i do not want clients see the drives C and D of server CNSUMAN)?

Please let me know
