DFS Replication - failback

Hi all,

I have 2 AD Sites (Site1 and Site2) and in each site 1 W2k8 R2 File server with AD namespace (Referral ordering - "Lowest cost"), bidirectional DFS replication and client failback enabled.

My scenario is:

file server in Site1 is down and users from Site1 are redirected to data on fileserver in Site2 (Users are located just in Site1). Fileserver in Site1 is still down and users created 2TB's of data on fileserver in Site2. After a while fileserver in Site1 comes up. It takes up to 1 day untill data from fileserver in Site2 are replicated to fileserver in Site1. In meanwhile users failback to fileserver in Site1 (because he's up again) - but data from fileserver in Site2 are still not replicated to fileserver in Site1. So users have not accessible data which they created while fileserver in Site1 was down (because replication is still running).

Is this kind scenario possible? Is any possibility for clients to failback after all data are replicated?

Thanx
