Dear Sir,
I have a Windows Server 2008 with clustered SAN disks (iSCSi) storage array connected. Its event system log prompted event ID55: "the file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the <volume name>." after the system running for more than half year.
I have failover that storage array to another host and back to original host but it run chkdsk for long time and try to fix the filesystem error. After running chkdsk /f, some files still corrupted and can't recover.
I would like to know why has such problem although there are no hardware error found (from error leds and log) and no hardware error logs from SAN storage manager?
Thanks
Ray
