Where does the iSCSI target on Server 2008 R2 store its data?
I had a target for a server that I had deleted the assigned devices and the associated .vhds. When I go to recreate the .vhd for the target, I get this error message:
The path you specified is already in use by another iSCSI virtual disk. Specify a file path that is not in use.
Now I know for sure that the .vhd doesn't exist because I deleted it with Windows Explorer after removing the device from the target.
I searched through the registry and could not find any reference to actual targets or .vhds.
Can you help me?
