500GB of disk space gone "missing"

Windows Server 2008R2 running Exchange 2010.  I've got the Exchange data files on Drive D.  All of a sudden about 500GB of disk space has gone missing.  Even with system and hidden files shown, it doesn't even come close to adding up.  In Explorer it says Total Size 696GB, 30.8GB free.  The only folders on this drive are sized as follows:

$RECYCLE BIN - 258 bytes

LiveVaultData - 383MB

Program Files (where the Exchange files are) - 160GB

System Volume Information - 0

Chkdsk shows

 730592255 KB total disk space.
 700979708 KB in 5876 files.
      3256 KB in 35 indexes.
         0 KB in bad sectors.
94395 KB in use by the system.
65536 KB occupied by the log file.
  29514896 KB available on disk.

4096 bytes in each allocation unit.
182648063 total allocation units on disk.
7378724 allocation units available on disk.

Any suggestions?  This is a server used by 4 time zones, some operating 24/7, so I need to keep any "reboot" suggestions to a minimum.

Thanks.
