Creating a mount point in windows server 2003

Hi

I have a SAN which has an existing share in the following path e:\shared\users.  This share is automatically mapped when the users log on to our domain within the user logon script.  Unfortunately we are running short on space so I now have 5 new 146gb disks.  I want to create a new raid 5 array and although available drive letters are not a problem I want the new array to be a folder available within the existing mapped drive (e:\shared\users).  I believe this is known as a mount point.

Can anybody supply a simple step by step method of doing this so it appears as an available folder within the existing shared path e.g(e:\shared\users\mount)

I am a beginner in this particular area so the easier the better

Thanks
