USB hard drive unmounted after reboot - Windows Server 2008 Standard

I have a Windows Server 2008 Standard system that I have a Lacie 2Big 2TB drive connected through USB.  When I first connect the drive throught USB, the drive is recognized but it not mounted.  I have to go into the disk manager and manually mount the drive to a letter.  Once this is done, it works fine.  Once I put the system through a reboot, the drive gets recognized by the system, but does not get mounted.  Once I manually remount the drive, everything works fine except all of the shares that were setup on the drive prior to the reboot are missing.

Is there a way to setup the system to automatically mount the drive and/or the network shares?  I've tried searching for anybody with my specific issue but haven't been able to find anythign for a couple days now.  Thanks!
