I am unable to create volume shadow copy. I get the error Error 0x80042306: The shadow copy provider had an error. and event Applicaiton log Event Type: Error

I've tried the steps in the artical, but still not working.

I have the same issue on 5 out of 6 servers. These are all W2K3R2 virtual servesr running on ESXi 4.1. They are new builds with no data and no i/o on them.
