Hi, I have read through several topics where people had the same issue as me but Mine is slightly different as mine is on a Virtual Server with Hyper-V.

I work at a school and we have roughly 100 users on the network at the same time.

I am running one box with Server 2008R2 Standard SP1 with Hyper-V running 2 virtual machines.

1.Server 2008R2 Standard SP1 (Domain Controller)

2.Server 2008R2 Standard SP1 (File & App Server)

Each user's Documents and Desktop files are re-routed to be stored on the File Server using Group Policy, and recently they have been losing connection to their network drives and files. It happens at any given time and not always the same users.

I have tried to do the following on the File Server but still getting the warnings:

Netsh int tcp set global RSS=Disabled
Netsh int tcp set global chimney=Disabled
Netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=Disabled
Netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=None
Netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=Disabled
Netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disabled
Netsh int tcp set global timestamps=Disabled

Should I do that on the main physical server?

How do I update the drivers for the virtual network adapters created by Hyper-V?
