Server 2008 R2 - DFS Drive is Full. How to move contents to New Drive?

We have two Win2008 R2 servers that Replicate Data between them.

There are 2 Replication Groups. There are 3 folders in one group and 10 folders in the other group. Each folder is part of defined namespace and is shared.

There is about 2.5 TBs of Data.   The Drive on one of the servers is from a iSCSI host, though since it was formatted MBR, I cannot increase its Size above the 2.5TB limit.

I've Created a new 4TB volume to hold all of the Data, though I'm looking for options to Copy the Data from one Drive to the other and still have all of the Shares, Permissions, etc on the new Drive...

Can I RoboCopy the Content, then Swap the Drive Letters?

Thanks!
