Migrated Drive Map for Home drives not working

I am in a terminal server environment using XenApp 6.5.  I had Home folders drive mapping set via GPP (User/Preferences/Windows Settings/Drive Maps).  I had to migrate all user data from one 2k8r2 server to another (including roaming profiles).  I modifed the GPO to reflect the new location. Although roaming profiles migration went smoothly, most users are not getting the new Home Folder location mapped, and see the red 'X' when reconnecting or viewing windows explorer.  Attempting to access the mapped drive returns an error referencing the old location.  Admins can click 'disconnect' and log off/back on to see the correct mapping.  Non-admins can not disconnect to repair the mapping.  In some cases, but not all, a profile reset helps.  As all the user data was located on a SAN attached storage volume that was migrated, Share and NTFS permissions are unchanged.

Any ideas?
